I’ve been thinking about how I can give back and make a lasting impact on the communities I serve. That’s why I created the Capital Region Real Estate Beautification Initiative—a way to reinvest in the areas where I do the most business and help make them even more appealing places to live.
As a top-selling real estate agent at CM Fox Real Estate, I am committed to not only helping people buy and sell homes but also enhancing the communities where I do business. To further this mission, I will donate $5,000 at the end of each year to the top three cities or towns where I have conducted the highest transaction volume. These funds will be dedicated to beautification efforts aimed at making these municipalities more attractive to current and prospective residents.
Process:
1. At year’s end, I’ll identify the three municipalities where I did the most business.
2. I’ll meet with the mayor or town supervisor to determine the best use of funds for visible, lasting improvements.
3. Projects may include park enhancements, street beautification, public art, or seasonal decor.
By working together and sending referrals of your neighbors, friends, and family who are looking to buy or sell, we can make a meaningful impact on our communities while ensuring they continue to thrive.
